Mahajanan Contest 2025 Credit Card Refund Policy
Thank you so much for registering for Mahajanan Contest 2025. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have set up the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.
Refund Eligibility
Refund Requests Before the Registration Deadline
Full refunds will be issued for requests made in writing before the registration deadline of February 15, 2025
So as you know, the donation fee is non-refundable.
Refund Requests After the Registration Deadline
No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline, except under the following exceptional circumstances:
Medical emergencies (documentation required).
Event cancellation by the organizers.
Non-Transferability
Registrations are non-transferable. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during registration.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to contest@mahajanan.org. Please include:
Full name of the registrant. Email ID and Phone number to contact.
Registration confirmation number.
Reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the request.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used during registration.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the contest is canceled, all participants will receive a full refund, excluding any optional donation or processing fees.
